Question: How far away can my tank be from your delivery tanker?
Answer: The longest tanker hose is approx 150 feet long. We ask that you try not to place your tank near to the maximum distance though.
Question: What is the minimum order I can place?
Answer: The minimum order that we deliver by tanker is 500 litres.
Question: Can I buy a small amount of 28 sec heating oil?
Answer: Yes, if you run out of 28 sec kerosene for your heating we have a fuel pump at Melton Mowbray where you can fill up a container supplied by yourself or we can supply 25 litre drums at a competitive price. Available Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm, Saturday 8.00am – 4.00pm
Question. Can I fill up a bowser/ container myself with 35sec.
Answer: Yes, We have a pump at our Melton Mowbray and Atherstone depot. You can pay on your account or by cash. Under new regulations, we will ask you some questions prior to the authorisation of the pump. Available Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm, Saturday 8.00am – 4pm
