Ways to Pay             

At Brobot Petroleum Ltd. there are many ways to pay for your fuel.  

Domestic Customers

All new domestic customers will be asked to pay in advance for thier first order.  This can be paid by credit/debit card over the telephone or via our web site, cash or cheque to our Atherstone or Melton office.  When paying by cheque please be aware that we will need 3 working days for the cheque to clear. 

Once you have paid for your first delivery you can choose how you pay for all subsequent deliveries, there are two options: (see below). 

Seven Day Account

If you decide you would like to pay for future orders after the delivery has been made you may be able to do so. Initially a credit check is made via a credit reference agency; who will provide credit information including electoral register details. The search will be recorded by the agency whether or not the application is accepted.  All we need from you is your permission and date of birth. Once the account is accepted, payment will then be due 7 days from the date of invoice.    

Payment Before Delivery Account 

If you choose to pay for each order before it is delivered this type of account is also acceptable, again, cleared funds are required by credit/debit card, cash or cheque to the appropriate office. 

Payments by Standing Order. 

This can be used for either the 7 day domestic account or the payment before delivery account. If you have chosen the payment before delivery account please be aware that the account would need to be in credit to the amount of the delivery. 

A monthly amount is paid to us by way of standing order, starting at £50.00 per month payable for the whole year. This is reviewed periodically, if any large balances accumulate either way, we will either: send you an interim refund and reduce the monthly amount, or ask that you pay us an additional amount and increase your monthly payments.

The benefits to users of the scheme are that the costs are spread evenly over the year.  You will receive a statement at the beginning of each quarter, which shows the balance on the account.
