All our sites operate a customer care service where we encourage our customers to tell us when something's wrong and,  for that matter when we get things right!

Each location displays a poster with our Free Phone Customer Care Line number for the benefit of our  customers.

All complaints are dealt with in the first instance by either the site, or our Customer Care co-ordinator.

Any follow up is then dealt with by the Retail Director, or another member of the Retail Senior Management.
